Consorb DC the basic principle of sorption drying

The Consorb principle is the basic version of sorption drying.

The rotor section is divided into two sections – for the process air and for the regeneration air.

The sorption process dries the process air in the process air section.

Heated regeneration air, the goes in countercurrent to the process air, absorbs the moisture previously from the rotor and is discharged run as wet air (blue) into the open. .
