Dehumidification ensures:
- No condensation in the hall
- No corrosion
- No mold growth
- Corrugated cardboard boxes do not soften
Tent halls are used by companies with additional space requirements for production and storage. The indoor climate in marquees can quickly become damp, causing condensation to form on the roof. The moisture causes damage such as mold and rust; in addition, corrugated cardboard boxes soften in a humid environment. Stored electrical components must also be protected from moisture.
Eliminate the cause of these problems!
A dehumidification system can be used to control the humidity in a tent hall. Any mold damage can be avoided if the relative humidity does not exceed around 70 % RH. To prevent rust, the relative humidity should be below 50 % RH. The quality of stored goods is maintained by controlling the humidity at suitable intervals (depending on the accuracy of the values to be maintained).
BEST-HALL HALLS set standards in the field of hall dehumidification
BEST-HALL PVC halls are a cost-effective alternative in hall construction. The halls can be anchored directly in the asphalt, saving you all the foundation costs.
The acrylic-coated PVC film made of polyester fabric (tensile strength: 400 daN/5 cm) with fire-retardant surface treatment for walls and roof is welded together in the factory to form a uniform seamless skin. An additional lower part of the foil is cast into the asphalt with bitumen. This makes the entire hall completely waterproof and windproof, and the humidity in the hall can be maintained exactly as required. Each hall is also equipped with appropriate fans to prevent condensation.
The white PVC film in the roof area is translucent and therefore extra lighting is not required during the day. Otherwise, the color of the hall can be freely chosen, and company emblems and lettering can also be applied. Thanks to a new rain deflection system, rainwater no longer runs down the walls. This keeps the halls nice and clean.
Hall size with pillar-free spans of 10-80 m freely selectable, as well as door sizes and their installation. The steel frame is sandblasted and painted with epoxy paint (old, hot-dip galvanized). Wind and snow loads are calculated for each hall based on the installation location. A 1,000 m² hall is assembled in approximately 1 week. A BEST-HALL hall can also be dismantled and moved to a new installation site.
