The ram electrode M 18 can be used directly for wood moisture measurement.
It can be used with all hydromettes based on the resistance measuring method.

The electrode is fixed at the upper end with the flat of the hand and the handle is hammered into the material to be measured.

The scope of delivery includes 10 electrode tips, each 40 and 60 mm long.

  • Suitablefor depth measurements in thick(up to 180 mm thickness) and hard woods
  • The electrode is made of durable and corrosion-resistant V2A stainless steel, the electrode holder is made of high-strength special plastic
  • Teflon-insulated electrode tips of 45 mm and 60 mm are available separately to measure the core moisture to the exclusion of any surface moisture present
