Impact electrode – M 20
The impact electrode M 20 can be used directly for measuring wood moisture and building moisture and also serves as a base system for various other electrode pairs.
The electrode can be used with all hydromettes based on the resistance measuring method.
The electrode body is made of impact-resistant plastic.
The scope of delivery includes 10 electrode tips, each 16 and 23 mm long.
Measuring range wood moisture:
- Suitable for moisture measurements in wood up to 50 mm thick
- The electrode can also be hammered into hard woods such as beech using a suitable impact device (e.g. hammer)
Measuring range building moisture:
- Suitable for moisture measurements in soft, set building materials (e.g. plaster, gypsum or aerated concrete)
- Electrode tips with a length of 60 mm can also be used for depth measurements in aerated concrete etc. up to approx. 70 mm
