Active electrode Classic – RF-T 28 EL
The RF-T 28 active electrode is a probe for measuring humidity and air temperature and enables measurements to be taken in seconds.
- The fast response speed of the sensor enables the detection of leaks, e.g. door gaps or leaking windows, as even slight air currents influence the measured value display
- The sensor adapts to the ambient climate even when switched off
- For particularly precise measurements, the device should be exposed to the ambient climate to be measured for 10 – 15 minutes so that any temperature differences between the electrode and the surrounding climate can be compensated for
- The BL-EL telescopic extension makes it possible to reach places that are difficult to access
- Measuring range of the RF-T 28: 7 – 98 % r.h. and -10 – +80 °C
- The response time of the humidity sensor (slightly moving air, ambient temperature: 20 – 25 °C) is for
- 90 % of the humidity difference approx. 20 sec and for
- 95 % of the humidity difference approx. 30 sec
- A filter cap made of sintered metal (stainless steel) can be used for measurements in dusty air, with pollutant emissions or high air velocity
