GANN Hydromette – BL E

The BL E is an electronic triple measuring device for wood moisture, building moisture and temperature. It enables precision measurements of wood, building, insulation and insulating materials by means of individual measurements based on the resistance measuring principle.

The wood moisture measuring circuit can be used to measure sawn timber (up to 180 mm thick), chipboard and parquet.

The device has a material switchover function for automatic measurement value correction of 23 building, insulation and insulating materials, such as screeds, mortar, plaster, concrete, bricks and various other insulating materials.

Connecting a B 55 BL active electrode enables non-destructive moisture measurement and indication in ceilings, walls, floors and other building materials.

• Wood moisture:
  5.5 – 58 % (atro) depending on the material being measured
• Building moisture:
  for resistance-based measurements:
  0.1 – 42.2 wt.-% or 0.2 – 9.9 CM-% depending on the material being measured

• Temperature:
  depending on the Pt 100 sensor connected, between (max.) -50 – +350 °C

Properties:

• Handy quick moisture meter for lightning-fast individual and series measurements with high-quality measuring amplifier
• Direct display of the wood or building moisture in % by weight or in CM % for resistance-based measurements via the 3-line LCD display, resolution: 0.1 % or 0.1° C;
  The scan mode when connecting a B 55 BL provides digit values between 1 – 200
• Dual wood type correction (characteristic curve group 2 and 3) for automatic measured value correction
• Rapid measurement of moisture in set building materials using the capacitive high-frequency measurement method with the aid of a B 55 BL active electrode
